First day of our summer off-season template.
We have over 8 weeks to gradually build chronic load for preseason.
While most will crush their players on day one of summer, we don't do that.
These girls just came off a hard season. We even have some girls still going to Seattle for ECNL play offs.
We have plenty of time to build fast, strong and healthy female athletes!
