Edge of the Playground is designed with the mission of helping both NT and autistic people in one platform. Each week I post a "Take a Peek Inside" which is with my #AutismAllies#AskingNT in mind and "Monkey Bars" for #ActuallyAutistic. For more info see: https://t.co/MjsBXs2ygY
In a world that sees you as "less than" being proud is a brave and necessary act of defiance. It says we are worthy, we are beautiful, we are not broken. We are allowed to be our true, authentic autistic selves. 💖
I have quite a few new followers, welcome and thank you! To those who already follow me here, I am sorry for being on hiatus for so long. If you have Facebook please feel free to find me there as well. I am making an effort to be on here more!
@PlaygroundEdge Plz watch. As an autistic person it has been so hard for me to find my way during this pandemic. Words can’t express my pain. In this video I sing “The Long and Winding Road” to express my longing to return to the world I once knew

@AutisticAlex174@haleymossart Yes I’m face blind it causes a lot of anxiety but I have found ways around it. I’ve actually written about it! https://t.co/jSQECV5lsP
@AutisticAlex174@AspieHuman @actuallyaspling @BeingKaylaSmith @notanautismmom @thinkingautism That seems like a much needed topic! I have an article about the differences I notice in my neurotypical niece’s development vs mine and how that would make me react differently in taking care of her, other than that I’ll keep an eye out
