๐จโฌ๐ช WAM is the future of agentic gaming.
Introducing the 3 surfaces of WAM:
๐จ WAM Studio
โจAgentic game creation. Non-developers describe a game in natural language, get a finished, tournament-ready, monetized HTML5 mini-game.
โฌ WAM OS
โจAn open-source, agent-native runtime layer built for scale.โจAgents become first-class operators powering games, economies, automation, and distribution.
๐ช WAM Platform
โจThe live distribution surface where players compete, earn, and own together.โจ$WAM as required gas across all platform actions.
Build. Run. Play.
The next generation of gaming wonโt be built by studios alone.โจItโll be built by everyone.

Working with agents is awesome until it's not. Moreover it's a pain when cross-machine work is needed, like we do at @playWAM . If you've not been ignoring the AI space you know this very very (very) well or when working cross harness: codex needs to know what claude is doing and what opencode said.
So how do I work securely with my team when each of us runs our own coding agents, in a proper sane manner?
That was the question I kept running into after launching Axon. One machine was solved: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode and Hermes register through a hook, each agent learns its id and whom it can reach, they ask and answer each other along links both sides accepted, every token is counted and priced, every message lands in a hash-chained audit log.
But my team's agents were on other machines, and the honest answer for working together was "paste it in Slack" and I'll paste it to my agent. Very '99.
Axon 0.4 is my answer to this. Free, opensource, in your full control.
Pairing two Axons takes an invite: one side sends a link that lives ten minutes and works for one pairing, the other pastes it, both screens show the same pair code and both key fingerprints, and both confirm. Pairing grants nothing by itself. You then share one project, with separate permissions for sending and receiving. Only agents working in that repository can send or receive.
The link is direct when the network allows it and goes through a relay when it does not, encrypted end to end either way (QUIC, TLS 1.3, Ed25519 node ids).
What crosses the wire is the message, opaque session ids and a little pairing and share metadata. Axon itself never sends paths, transcripts, models, costs or anything about your other projects. What an agent chooses to write into a message is on the agent.
A remote message arrives quoted and marked as another person's agent. It has no control over yours: no stops, no redirects, no commands. Its text is untrusted input.
Axon is still one Rust binary under MIT, with no account, and until you pair, nothing leaves your machine.
There is a 45 second film and the whole flow in the README: https://t.co/sUgrZiXzZw
How do your agents talk to your teammates' agents today?
Some projects are burning through their ENERGY, chasing the WRONG things and DIE.
Meanwhile, others are building in SILENCE.
Under the RADAR.โจAway from the NOISE.โจPreparing for WAR.
You wonโt see them coming.
By the time they emerge, it will look like they appeared OVERNIGHT.
๐ฎ Classic gaming gave us worlds to play.
๐ Crypto gaming gave us worlds to own.
๐ค Agentic gaming gives those worlds the power to move, think and evolve.
The old era is over.
Gaming just broke out of the box.
โจNow watch the worlds collide. ๐ฅโก๏ธ

Millions of gamers โ billions of interactions โ onchain economies โ crypto becomes invisible infrastructure.
Thatโs how crypto gaming brings mass adoption.๐
AI agents will become a massive part of this shift , autonomous characters, traders, guilds and in-game businesses that can own assets, transact and evolve onchain.
Gaming is already one of the biggest entertainment markets in the world. Crypto gaming doesnโt need to replace it. It only needs to turn gaming economies into programmable, player-owned economies.
The biggest crypto onboarding funnel might not be finance. It might be gaming.
quick updates for the community as we've been closely watching the latest hack on Cronos.
yesterday an attacker drained Tectonic, Crono's largest lending protocol - which is about the entire lending market onchain for Cronos ~$121M ( 46% of all DeFi value on Cronos )
I won't get into the specifics of how this was done as it's secondary to the events that followed. long story short the entire chain is currently frozen. no transactions happening.
why this happened? Cronos runs a Tendermint consensus with a 100 validator cap. within minutes of discovering the hack, validators agreed to halt block production entirely.
now.. this is not cool at all. Tokens, transactions, contracts - all frozen at this time on Cronos - where all @playWAM infra is.
however, reading the private groups and X posts, the cronos team is actively working to fixing this so we're eager to see it back up.
The next generation of games won't just have smarter NPCs.
They'll have autonomous agents that own assets, make decisions, and transact on-chain.
The industry is closer than most people think.
