You need to be rich to afford to live in the gated security estates, and even those aren't always safe... people like me and my family are part of the white community who cannot afford the security estate life style, and cannot afford to costs of emigration! No. Because culture is developed through generations not simply one lifetime and being born in a country. The lack of assimilation in Europe by even 3rd generation immigrants is evidence of this... or are you blind? White South Africans do not have the same culture as black South Africans, or Indian South Africans, or coloured South Africas, etc! Sorry if you cannot grasp that concept!
