As much as I think these are very impressive technologies and very fun toys, I can't wait for next year when legislation against some of this shit starts kicking into effect.
It's almost cute how people think their tweets weren't already being used to train AI. These companies are built on stolen data and keep crying to legislators that It's the only way their business can be sustainable.
@KrisWolfheart More like a quarter, but that's still bad. At least the Total Warhammer 3 DLCs seem to be trucking along mostly fine now. I kinda wonder if those layoffs hit someone higher up, because they've really turned things around on that front. It got real dire for a while.
@GigaBoots@zorofab If you can beat videogames, you have the fine motor skills to learn how to draw. The rest is just a matter of dedication and practice.
@UltimaShadowX The Zelda timeline was cooked up because Skyward Sword was being positioned as the origin of that timeline. It was a marketing stunt that people took way too seriously.
Kunitsu-Gami is a dope videogame. My only critique is that it might be a smidge pricy for what it offers. I'm happy with it, but I fuck hard with this game's vibes and gameplay.
@krisvibezone I'll stick to ragging on the fact that they make gacha games instead of the actual content of said games. It is such a shame the battle against lootboxes was lost because they figured out you could put anime girls in them.
@Sorcerobe A multi-disciplinary medium requires multi-disciplinary inspiration. I don't think the original poster presents his points very well, but art is healthier when artists draw inspiration both from inside and outside their medium of choice. There are lessons worth learning all over.
