In September 2023, as KDHX was completing its purge of dissenting volunteers (of which I was one), it was being audited by @CPBmedia and ultimately fined $2500 for non-compliance. A waste of donor money and another betrayal of the community.

To reiterate: While Kelly Wells & Gary Pierson were actively slandering volunteers, saying they were hurting finances & diversity initiatives at KDHX, "management" was legally out of compliance in regards to even their Diversity Statement, oversights costing the org thousands!
