@howardfertcolby Made a point to play off our “Short Course Logo” of a cow swinging a golf club and designed this special for the maintenance team, it is fire! Prior to the golf course being built in the late 60’s, the land was a dairy farm.

I had the pleasure of attending the groundbreaking of the clubhouse at The Killearn Club this afternoon.

What a fantastic renaissance of the stories Killearn Country Club.

This 100 percent private investment is significant and will serve to revitalize one of Tallahassee’s most prestigious neighborhoods while also creating jobs and preserving and re-shaping one of the most beautiful landscapes in North Florida.

Check out the before and after pictures of the re-imagined 9th hole at the end.

Kudos to GM Ellis Pilgreen and Superintendent Winston James (@PlexTurf21) on creating a true gem for generations of Tallahassee families to enjoy.
