@virginmedia@thomkelly_ Yes. And we did everything properly, filled in to it forms months before as requested. Then you did nothing and have lost our long term business phone number. Spent hours trying to resolve it being pushed around between department and department no solution
@thomkelly_@virginmedia We are still a virgin media customer. All they had to do was port our number to a different office. We did everything they asked and then months later they lost our number. Terrible company
@virginmedia spent nearly four hours on the phone to Virgin media today. We ported our office landline number in January (in agreement with virgin), randomly stopped working in April and they are refusing to port the number we have built our business on.
@MelJStride Hi Mel, what about the vulnerable small business such as ours who the DWP owe us over £3,000 reneging on the kickstarter agreement? In a civilised society agreements are made and kept.
@MelJStride the DWP has reneged on the kickstarter deal reneging on over £3000 @munirawilson has written to you. Your chosen ‘gateway organisation’ liquidated swallowing 1/3 which we are pursuing liquidator, you didn’t pay the other 2/3 and are refusing to - this is dishonest.
