@pierregsy @Govgg Sorry for delay @pierregsy it’s all back in order, a driver called to say had a fault on car and in turn knocked out the charger, although it reset ok we wanted to check it out to ensure no damage done that would effect other vehicles
Thank you @pierregsy for reporting this and we actually have a contract on the spaces the EV charge points sit on and we will pass this to head management of Gsy locations @CI_Coop as it’s poor ignorance to the offering for Guernsey Residents and our investment sat there.

After registering with us, you can request a Plug-N-Go fob, another way of starting your charge, using the app. To request a charging fob, simply go to the profile section of the app, tap ‘charging keys’ and then ‘order new charging key’.
