We’ll end 2020 Bee Week with one last #ScrippsNationalSpellingBee video. Our crew loves every second of Bee Week and since there’s no way to explain the experience, we’ll let the spellers tell you about it in our 2019 Banquet Awards video:

Last year, we talked to some Spellebrities about why they love the Scripps National Spelling Bee and what spelling means to them. #SpellingBee#BeeWeek https://t.co/SEOAyJCRk0
In 2018, the theme of Bee Week was “movies.” As filmmakers, we had to join in on the fun. Reminisce with our anchor, Ron Burgunbee, as he delivers the latest coverage.

Happy Memorial Day! Our spellers know today as the real beginning of Bee Week with our Kick-off Party and the Opening Ceremony.
Past spellers, what was your favorite part of the #spellingbee Memorial Day Barbecue?
The Scripps National Spelling Bee has been my all time favorite job every year. At this time, we would be in DC - filming and editing videos all week.
Instead, I'll just wear Bee shirts and share our favorite videos all week.
Plum Street has started the #CommunityFirst Project where we put our resources and talent towards serving the community. We had the opportunity to partner with @AdoptABookOhio to deliver over $35,000 worth of books to kids in need. https://t.co/wdXAIXbNSF
Thank you to @kariwethington for her creativity and leadership and to @PlumStFilms for creating this video that so beautifully reflects the light that shines at @EWScrippsCo
At times when things seem unclear or dubious, that is the purpose behind the free press. We had the pleasure of working with this company to advocate this mission. #ewscripps#givelight
Scripps is dedicated to advancing understanding of the world through journalism, informing and entertaining our audiences every day. Whether we are working behind the scenes or in front of a camera, our aim remains steady: “#GiveLight and the people will find their own way.”
