You were not elected by Ukraine.

You were elected and trusted by Canadians to make this country a better place.

In that regard, you have failed miserably. Instead of tackling and investing OUR TAX DOLLARS, in healthcare, in pipelines, on projects that give us dividends, you lobbied your party to send tens of billions to Ukraine.

You abandoned your country. And for that, we will never forgive and never forget.

With the green slush scandal (among many other things), no one, for a second, will ever believe your position will be “volunteer” work. You and your party have shown Canada, that you have no problem with corruption.

As demonstrated by the corruption scandal in Ukraine & your party still decided to send billions more.

What’s grotesque is that you didn’t resign beforehand. That it took an incredible amount of public pressure and disgust for you to come up with this statement.

Any sane person, would have resigned first, moved on from Parliament, and even then, wouldn’t have accepted a position with a state we have $24.5 billion to. But you didn’t do that.

You tried to keep the best of both worlds.

And now you’re only doing this because even your own voter base can’t defend what you’re doing.
