@DeliverooHelp my elderly neighbour ordered some lunch with Deliveroo which never turned up. Deliveroo are not allowing a refund because the driver claimed it was delivered. It never turned up, and no images or GPS location is being provided. This is disgusting service!

@DeliverooHelp The order help has been done, she’s tried chatting since midday via the order help feature. The adviser refused proof of delivery and refused a refund. This goes against the customer rights act 2015, which covers food delivery.

@AzureSupport hey, is there a way of increasing the max RU/s limit for serverless gremlin Cosmos DB? Is there also a way of either having a mirrored graph/ cosmos instance or cloning a graph (or a best practice for staging data before it goes into the main database?)

@SageAppliances hey I’ve been having issues with my grinder on my oracle touch since buying it, had a bad experience with the engineer who came to fix it, and nothing has improved (according to him coffee without oil on is stale). The upper burr replaced is still faulty.

@SageAppliances Hey - I've had my oracle touch for about a month, been having a bunch of issues with the grinder especially & had an engineer look at it Friday, but wasn't a useful encounter that frustrated me more than anything. Can message more details
