@russellrosario@RonnyBruknapp No offense, but this response smells a bit like automation... π
Apologies if not, happy to talk about specifics of our automation if you want.

Anything that adds a layer between you and the actual order book adds an element of technical risk in trading. Plurex is no different.
Your strategy platform needs to detect the movement first, so something like Tradingview could be your first technical risk.
Once you have sent us a Signal message, we aim to hit the order book within 2 seconds, but those kind of metrics are always being improved.
The third technical risk is the exchange itself. During times of high demand, orders can be rejected and fail. Plurex will handle this for you.
Our signal automation is aware of your intent to long/short/close. It will continue to turn your intent into reality at the exchange with robust error handling and retries.
For the South African automatic traders.
We're excited to showcase the integration of perp markets on @VALRdotcom.

@5eightandeight@ALEXLabBTC Don't think perps are going yet, but this would still be a great feature for any defi market. If trading permission can be delegated to plug and play automation in a smart contract wallet.
@ALEXLabBTC is your new Order Book exchange going to have the possibility of delegated permissions for 3rd parties - similar to dYdX stark keys?
They allow 3rd parties to trade on behalf of a wallet but no withdrawals to anywhere but the wallets L1 address.
@dydx_grants Is Dydx v4 going to offer something like account abstraction with the ability to give third parties trading permissions without withdrawal permissions?
@VALRdotcom
We are working to keep connections to exchanges secure providing IP addresses for whitelisting.
Often that set of IP addresses is not in a single focused CIDR, especially if you are running across data centres.
Can you allow plain old multiple IP addresses please.
@dYdX 1) transparent order book and matching resistant to front running
2) transparent risk and leverage management
3) fine trading permission delegation to allow an easy to use ecosystem to be built on top of it
We have had an amazing end of the year, achieving our goal of acting on the feedback from our beta.

Good years are created by the work preceding them.
All the best to everyone grafting for a better tomorrow.
