@ak_blueprints Now next decades later, the video game industry become unisex (just like Nintendo games and non-violent cutesy games from Japan in the 80s except Capcom), and incorporates and innovates with new variable elements, and female characters can now become playable protagonists.

@ak_blueprints At least the old Namco (before its merge with Bandai in 2005) did few female characters and Nintendo did with Samus from Metroid for variation because the video game industry in Japan is variable, in comparison of the American video games.
