Past 6 months the site has been going through a heck of a time with server/cache issues. I promise I'm working on it every-time it shows up; I'm still trying to figure out the root cause. If you run into a random Blank page at OJST you have my apologies!

The nerdy TLDR?
New nginx server update was aggressively caching query-string results after it's first-run, and was being very stubborn about making exceptions.
Now, we use a redirect-plugin that runs same code just... behind a url and it seems to help...
