So someone who earns say 410k will pay whatever tax rates are in place for the first 400k (atm, that's 11% from 10-26k, 30% from 26-74k, etc). The 90% tax applies only to that extra 10k.

@davecostabile @DoubleVodkaDon Kim had point deduction for a late hit and then nailed Bohm with an illegal knee and the fight was stopped. Ref took a second point, but it was after the scorecards had been tallied, so they had to retally. Bohm by Technical Decision.
