This weeks council session has been delayed due to internal errors regarding the 29 minutes wait for the start, and absence of most Alderman today. Therefore 3 Bills/Resolutions will have to be put on hold till we can find an available time to squeeze it in.

My first day in office, I proposed 3 Bills, and had them established in a matter of days. I got things done, and I didn't wait around to do it, I missed 1 Council Session unexcused, and had damn good reasoning for it. Nothing will hold me back from taking care of my citizens.

The Mayor's before me paved the way, and assisted me in establishing the best possible ideas. I have not once stopped fighting for the people of Chicago, even in times of trouble. I have made mistakes, I am honest and admit that, but I did what I promised and some.

We have proposed change, ONCE AGAIN! Slender is a great person, and I have presented her with a Mayor's Pardon, in advancement I have proposed the Whistle Blower Protection Act, which shall help to ensure that no one will be prosecuted for coming forward.

I promised change when I took office, and I will make sure this does happen. The people of Chicago begged for a Mayor who would be willing to establish this, and get everything done in a timely manner, and we will do it.

All three of the Plutocratic Party's new Bill's, and future establishments have been presented upon the Council. In the near future if the Bill's are passed, you will see..

- Department of Justice
- Department of Commerce
- A new Bill to Protect Good Samaritan's
