@virginmedia Failure to provide the service/speeds promised.
Constant persistent outages.
Impossible to get in contact with. Waiting hours and hours on hold.

@virginmedia about 2 weeks of my wifi giving problems and being put on hold and getting no where with the problem I’ve decided i will be leaving im paying too much for this crappy service
