*Calling all knitters/crocheters*
We are running very low on hats to fit term newborns (31-36cm circumference). If anyone can help by donating hats we would be very grateful. Hats can be knitted / crocheted in any colour or weight of yarn (cont.)

I’m Lorraine. I've been working at the trust for 2yrs. I'm ADAU Manager. Midwives deserve to be supported and recognised for their hard work, especially in our current climate. I'm honoured to provide space to “just be”. #pma#swbhfamily
Have you been mugged?
Last seen on M2.
Is there someone you want to thank/make smile?
The only rule with the mug is you must give it to someone in a different ward/area.
Receive the mug, enjoy its contents. Then refill and pay it forward

Thank you @thelovelymaeve for sharing. I was talking to @flowepower66 about this yesterday. I’m absolutely against all kinds of public shaming of individuals, sometimes justified by shamer as ‘calling out’. #ENOUGH
Think it’s really important for young people - especially women - to know that even the most senior, apparently confident people have moments of self doubt. It’s not a reason not to follow your dreams. Be yourself and believe in yourself.
Its a full time job managing anxiety. I know a lot of what I used to do to “cope” made me worse. Overworking, obsessing, planning, avoiding, worrying.
