@MilliLeaks_@kevin_decesare@fesshole Absolutely. The venues tend to fleece you on drinks so its twice as much as anywhere else. I had my reception at a snooker club dirt cheep beer and we put on a drinks package for first drinks and also sought permission to bring traditional slovakian spirits without a corkage.
@kevin_decesare@fesshole What makes it worse is its at least twice as expensive as a local pub/bar and you cant take anything in as it attracts corkage fees. Done up like kippers.
@nextofficial@Specsavers Will do. To be fair they are in a sealed bag. I suspect the item number or description are incorrect at a warehousing level, both the mats we ordered were white not as per the description black.
@nextofficial interesting shade of black this one.... ordered twice now and returned... I think your warehouse guys need a little trip to @specsavers or Barnard Castle for a colour blindness test.
Team McGeever are fundraising for Saint Michael's Hospice. Check out my @JustGiving page and please donate if you can. Thank you! #JustGiving https://t.co/HwE7C5kuWr
Of time trying to cancel a service that was cancelled by Sky in october. Absolute shower of incompetence and broken promises. I will never trust @VodafoneUK again. @vodafailure
@VodafoneUK strike again. Despite being told I wouldn't need to call them, someone would call me 26th to arrange the refund ~£160 Im now told that its £22 refund as I cancelled before the 13of March. Im having to explain everything again so we are now at 3 and a half hours...
@VodafoneUK I've called the number you advised above. Again they can do nothing until the cancellation (that should have happened in october) is processed, only then can you give me back the money taken. How many people do you do this to?
@VodafoneUK@Ofcom@BBCWatchdog under easy switch rules is it allowed to cancel a legitimate request to switch and continue to charge a customer monthly from october despite the service being provided by another supplier?
@VodafoneUK So the request for my account number on DMs was also a pointless waste of my time? I replied as requested earlier. I was passed through 4 people last night on the Vodafone support chat. No one takes responsibility for a customer complaint they just request you waste more time.
@VodafoneUK Again, its my fault until i prove it isnt. Then you might think about reimbursing me. No one ever says of sorry about that let us investigate and come back to you. The onus is left with the customer to further the case. Is that customer service?
@VodafoneUK I did last night for an hour and 45 minutes where i was made to feel this was my mistake, they would cancel it from the 25th and then I'd need to fight out if i would be refunded for the now seemingly fraudulent taking of funds for a service i should no longer have.
@VodafoneUK And they did, Vodafone didnt action it. I swapped and had no knowledge that Vodafone had continued my services. Despite the switch being successful. You failed to action the cancellation correctly lodged by Sky. I even had the cancellation letter from Vodafone. Im in dms now
@VodafoneUK The point is the switch wasn't cancelled by anyone except Vodafone who then continued to charge me as well as my new supplier and Vodafone then make out that like I'm at fault. It seems you broke the @ofcom terms of ots. @vodafone wont discuss until the service is cancelled.
@VodafoneUK I tried reaching out to you last night in 1h45minutes of chat with 4 people on your closed network chat system and got no real answer other than it would now be cancelled as of the 25th. I have been charged at least £120 since you 'cancelled' the switch only at the Vodafone end!
@VodafoneUK As far as I can read from ofcoms terms, the only way I could have cancelled was by requesting via Sky if I changed my mind. As I have a service with them then I can only assume Vodafone UK cancelled it and as such have fraudulently taken payments from me?
