Joined Hon’ble Union Minister Shri @JM_Scindia ji today for the launch of Dak Seva & Dak Mitra Apps and inauguration of 14 renovated Post Offices.

Dak Seva puts @IndiaPostOffice in the hands of citizens—locate a post office, calculate postage, book parcels, request pickups, track shipments, manage grievances and access PLI/RPLI services, all through one app and in 23 Indian languages.

Dak Mitra puts digital power in the hands of our workforce, enabling Branch Post Offices to deliver postal, parcel, PLI, RPLI and POSB services with greater speed, efficiency and accountability.

Together, these apps reflect a larger transformation of India Post across Technology, Policy, Organisational Culture and Infrastructure.

Our goal is simple: easier to access, easier to use and more relevant to every generation of Indians.

That is Ease of Doing Business in practical terms.

గౌరవ కేంద్ర కమ్యూనికేషన్స్ శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీ జ్యోతిరాదిత్య మాధవరావు సింధియా గారితో కలిసి Dak Seva, Dak Mitra యాప్‌లను ప్రారంభించడం, అలాగే ఆధునీకరించిన 14 పోస్టాఫీసులను ప్రజలకు అంకితం చేయడం జరిగింది.

Dak Seva యాప్ ద్వారా సమీప పోస్టాఫీస్ గుర్తించడం, పోస్టేజీ లెక్కించడం, పార్సిళ్లు బుక్ చేయడం, పికప్ కోరడం, షిప్‌మెంట్ ట్రాక్ చేయడం, ఫిర్యాదులు నమోదు చేయడం, PLI/RPLI సేవలు పొందడం వంటి అనేక సేవలను 23 భారతీయ భాషల్లో ఒకే యాప్ ద్వారా అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకువస్తున్నాం.

Dak Mitra యాప్ ద్వారా గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని Branch Post Offices మరింత వేగంగా, సమర్థవంతంగా పోస్టల్, పార్సిల్, PLI, RPLI, POSB సేవలను అందించేలా మన పోస్టల్ సిబ్బందికి డిజిటల్ సాధనాలను అందిస్తున్నాం.

టెక్నాలజీ, విధానాలు, సంస్థాగత విధానం, మౌలిక వసతులు — ఈ నాలుగు రంగాల్లో జరుగుతున్న మార్పులతో India Post మరింత ఆధునికంగా, ప్రజలకు మరింత చేరువగా మారుతోంది.

ప్రతి తరానికి సులభంగా అందుబాటులో ఉండేలా... సులభంగా ఉపయోగించుకునేలా... మరింత ఉపయోగకరంగా ఉండేలా ఇండియా పోస్ట్‌ను తీర్చిదిద్దడమే మా లక్ష్యం.

तमिलनाडु के रामेश्वरम में स्थित श्री रामनाथस्वामी मंदिर भगवान शिव को समर्पित भारत के प्रमुख तीर्थस्थलों में से एक है।

यह 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों में 7वें ज्योतिर्लिंग के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित है और अपनी भव्य द्रविड़ स्थापत्य कला, विशाल गलियारों एवं आध्यात्मिक महत्ता के लिए प्रसिद्ध है।

मंदिर के आसपास की छोटी दुकानों से देशभर के ग्राहकों तक सामान पहुँचाने में भारतीय डाक निभा रहा है महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका।

डाक कर्मचारी दुकानदारों के पास जाकर उनके पार्सल उठाते हैं और उन्हें सुरक्षित रूप से ग्राहकों तक पहुँचाते हैं।

मंदिर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को AePS के माध्यम से बायोमेट्रिक अंगूठे की मदद से कैश उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, ताकि उन्हें नकदी की सुविधा आसानी से मिल सके।

श्री रामनाथस्वामी मंदिर में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की सुविधा का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए भारतीय डाक द्वारा मंदिर के पास ही आधार अपडेट सहित सभी अन्य सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जा रही हैं।

🇮🇳 On the eve of India’s Independence Day, India Post takes a great leap towards #InsuranceForAll!

Advancing Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji’s vision of universal insurance coverage, under the leadership of Hon’ble Union Minister for Communications, Shri @JM_Scindia Ji, RPLI is now accessible to a much wider pool of citizens.

With immediate effect, an operative Savings Bank Account with POSB or any Scheduled Bank is now an additional eligibility criterion for Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI).

This removes the traditional rural-residence barrier and brings affordable, government-backed life insurance closer to more families.

The process is simpler and more citizen-friendly. Eligibility can be established through CBS status, email statements, mobile banking screenshots, ATM statements or updated passbooks. Where acceptable digital proof is available, no physical bank certificate is required.

@IndiaPostOffice’s ongoing technology upgradation and process modernisation is enabling this expansion, with systems such as the DREAM PLI App, McCamish and CEPT supporting proposal processing, verification and monitoring.

A significant step towards accessible, affordable and citizen-centric insurance—taking #InsuranceForAll to the last mile. 🇮🇳

ఇకపై POSB లేదా ఏదైనా షెడ్యూల్డ్ బ్యాంకులో యాక్టివ్ సేవింగ్స్ బ్యాంక్ ఖాతా ఉండటం RPLI పొందేందుకు అదనపు అర్హతగా పరిగణించబడుతుంది. దీంతో గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతంలో నివాసం ఉండాలనే పాత పరిమితి తొలగి, మరింత మంది కుటుంబాలకు ప్రభుత్వ మద్దతుతో కూడిన అందుబాటు ధరలో జీవిత బీమా చేరువ కానుంది.

అర్హతను CBS స్టేటస్, ఈ-మెయిల్ స్టేట్‌మెంట్, మొబైల్ బ్యాంకింగ్ స్క్రీన్‌షాట్, ATM స్టేట్‌మెంట్ లేదా అప్‌డేట్ చేసిన పాస్‌బుక్ ద్వారా నిర్ధారించుకోవచ్చు. చెల్లుబాటు అయ్యే డిజిటల్ ఆధారం ఉన్నప్పుడు ప్రత్యేకంగా బ్యాంక్ సర్టిఫికెట్ సమర్పించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.

DREAM PLI App, McCamish, CEPT వంటి సాంకేతిక వ్యవస్థల ద్వారా ప్రతిపాదనల ప్రాసెసింగ్, ధృవీకరణ, పర్యవేక్షణను మరింత వేగవంతంగా, సులభంగా మారుస్తున్నాం.

అందుబాటులో ఉండే బీమా... సులభమైన ప్రక్రియ... ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి ఆర్థిక భరోసా.
