😭💔 My heart is shattered into a million pieces as I share this devastating story. Yesterday evening at 6:00pm, a precious little baby girl, just 9 years old, was walking home from school in Bagamoyo, Nairutia. She was so close to safety, just steps away from her front door, when a monster grabbed her violently and dragged her into the dark forest.
He defiled her in the most brutal way imaginable. Then, with no mercy in his soul, he hit her on the head with a stone, strangled her, and left her there to die alone among the trees. He thought she was gone. This innocent child endured unimaginable pain, shock, and terror... her tiny body collapsed from the horror of it all.
But our brave little warrior fought to survive. God was watching over her. She was found and rushed to the hospital where she is now receiving emergency treatment. The strength of this 9-year-old girl in the face of such evil is beyond words, yet my soul cries thinking of the trauma she will carry. No child should ever know such suffering.
The man responsible is still out there. He is not known in the community, but after committing this unspeakable act, he had the audacity to walk into a nearby home in the same forest area and borrow a glass of water. CCTV cameras in that compound captured him clearly. The brave girl positively identified him from the image.
If you know this man, if you recognize his face, if you have any information about his whereabouts — please, I beg you, inbox me or report immediately to the nearest police station. He is dangerous. His intentions at that home were likely evil too. He must be caught before he hurts another innocent soul.

The pain in our community is heavy today. Let us stand together for this beautiful, brave little girl. Let us demand justice that matches the depth of this cruelty. Pray for her healing, for her family’s strength, and for swift action against this devil walking among us.

What do you call this musical instrument where you come from?

Today, I met this talented gentleman from Sinai, Pipeline. He shared with me that he uses this instrument to entertain Kenyans, and in return, people give him a few coins to help him pay his rent and meet his daily needs.

He told me that business has not been good lately, and he had fallen behind on his rent. After listening to his story, I offered to clear his rent arrears and promised to continue supporting him as he works hard to earn an honest living.

What touched me most was his determination. Despite facing difficult circumstances, he chose not to turn to crime or other illegal activities. Instead, he decided to use his talent to earn a decent living with dignity.

There are many talented and hardworking people in our society who simply need someone to believe in them and give them a helping hand. Let us continue encouraging and supporting those who choose the path of honesty and hard work.
