@WinRed said they don't send text messages but EVERY spam text I get is from WinRed. They even hammer you with text messages and then say "we know we are pissing you off so click our link". I guarantee nobody that works at WinRed gets the spam they inflict on everyone else.

@DanaBougon @timburchett Have you gone through the process on their site to "delete" you account and also that they don't sell it share your info (it's 2 different requests)? That seemed to help me quite a bit but they didn't stop completely. I went from 20 texts per day to 1 or 2. I even got 0 one day!

@PilotRudy @WinRed @JohnMorganESQ @ArynneWexler Same here but I never even gave them my info. Apparently someone named Charene put in my number and now I'm being punished for it. I had never even heard of them until I started getting blasted. This amount of unstoppable harassment seems illegal.

@WinRed Here is one month of spam from WinRed. There's absolutely no way to get them to stop spamming you from different numbers. Click the picture to expand it.

@WinRed I never gave you my number or heard of you until I started getting 20 texts per day. Stop=end is a joke when you never use the same number twice. This kind of harassment should be illegal. If a class action is filled, I am in! @FCC

@winred This HAS to be illegal. You know your stuff is spam and try to use that to get people to your donation page even though there's absolutely no way to stop it. Surely there has to be something that can be done! You suck and I will never send you a dime. @FCC.

@ThorazineHammer @WinRed @NRSC @FCC @FTC I just figured out that an app called Buzzkill can silence and dismiss the notification (I set it to fire off if the message contains "stop=end"). The message is still there but I don't have to be alerted to it anymore and can deal with them the next time I open the message app.

Don't give @WinRed your info unless you want 50 texts per day that you can't stop. Hell, I didn't even GIVE them my number but apparently someone named Charene did. "stop=end" ? 😄 Nope. It never ends. This feels illegal. There should be some kind of class action lawsuit.

I didn't even give them my number, but someone named Charene apparently did because that's who the texts are to. This feels illegal.

" Then it's just another link to winred donation page. I've gone to winred, my carrier, and even the FCC. It's literally impossible to make it stop.

@winred someone apparently named Charene put my number in your system and now I am getting HSMMERED with text messages (12-15 per day all linking to your site). I have gone through your site and even the FCC to try and get removed. How can I get my number off of the spam list?

@elonmusk I live in an area where AT&T is my only option but they haven't updated in years. Starlink is twice the price for us because we are apparently in a congested area. Love it on the Starlink mini when we travel though.
