I first heard @lexkelandjun in 2010 because my (at the time not) friend Matty introduced me to #waitedupumtillight

This lead to real true frendship, going to my dad's 50th birthday in Jamaica. Which Matty attended

This means in 2016 when my best friend is dying of cancer, us attending a @lexkelandjun show in Birmingham in March of 2016. Through no effort of our own means we meet the band.

@lexkelandjun Even though they were so nice in 2016. Mono no aware felt like a personal attack. It wasn't. But the day I listened to Cliffjumper and felt like hopeful not bitter. Is why Johnny foreigner is my favorite band
