我并不认为是房价单一因素导致的问题，因为从现实里虽然不算太大的样本情况看，单身最多的就是家里给买了房子，不需要男方买房的女性。目前的版本无法激励女性为了财产和养老以外的因素拥有婚育意愿，或者起码是安全的拥有婚育意愿。现在男性痛骂的骗彩礼女，其实就是凤凰男的性转版本。

真到了台海危机，不要听中共外交部、国防部、国台办和使领馆那些胡说八道，也不要听网上一群混蛋今天喊必打、明天喊绝不会打。

就看美国撤不撤侨。

俄乌战争已经演示过一遍。

2022年2月23日，距离俄军全面进攻只剩一天，中国外交部还在指责美国“制造恐慌、渲染战争”。当时美国等国已经要求本国公民离开乌克兰，而中国驻乌使馆只是提醒注意安全，并没有要求撤离。第二天，战争真的打起来了。

更荒唐的是，开战当天，中国驻乌使馆还告诉中国公民，开车外出可以在车身明显位置贴中国国旗。结果很快又改口：**不要随意亮明身份，不要展示具有识别性的标志。**随后才开始登记撤离中国公民。

这就是为什么战争危机中，少听这些部门说什么。

嘴可以撒谎，撤侨很难撒谎。

如果哪一天美国开始撤离在台人员家属和非必要人员，并公开要求美国公民尽快离开台湾，那才是台海风险真正急剧升级的硬信号。

所以判断台海是否接近战争，我只看一个最重要的指标：

这个模式诞生的前提是欺负人的那一方，普遍在意识到你成长到对他具备了巨大（大到动摇人身根基）的伤害能力以前，基本上是不会搭理你的沟通要求的，更多就是当空气。典型老中原生家庭就没有谁主动认错这回事。
