@DustinB71676118@DavidM_Friedman I guess they had other things to worry about, like getting exiled and killed everywhere they went. And probably wasn’t overly feasible to take on the Roman and Ottoman Empire alone. But better late than never.
@DustinB71676118@DavidM_Friedman So then you do agree that the Jews were there before the Arabs and have a historical stake to the land. Arabs can stake a claim as well since they have lived their for 1000+ years. But the reality is the land belongs to the conqueror, as it always has.
@DustinB71676118@DavidM_Friedman You know why…..because you may find Jews in Israel before the Arabs arrived. But you choose to only go back like 100 years because you are dishonest.
If you think the Pohlad PR couldn't get worse, just watch the Twins be in the WC hunt and within a few games of the AL Central lead at the deadline. Instead of making a push by getting some bullpen depth or middle IF, they'll see it as a chance to get higher value for tradeable players.
It may not be a bad way to look at things since they are not likely to compete in a meaningful way down the stretch, sitting around .500, but it will leave fans even more apathetic if that is possible. Maybe we'll see $1 beers.
@tlschwerz The same thing applies to the Saints game....I traveled to Vegas to see the Saints earlier this month. That might end up being a cheaper trip.
@tlschwerz@Twins@Phillies@fodmoviesite@MLB I spoke with my rep about this...I was told MLB is still trying to figure out seat counts and how to allocate tickets. Meaning who they can offer tickets to in order to make the most money, rather than offering to season tickets holders. We should get information in 2-3 weeks.
Not all liberal morons but all captured by the idealogy. They all care too much about what others in their circles think of them. They all want to be considered empathetic and a good person so they vote accordongly. They dont want to be forced to make the tough decision and be exciled from social circles.
In their private space, when nobody is looking, they’ll make sure their car door is locked or they’ll cross the street when they see a minority on the street and would probably vote against Section 8 housing on their block. But when it comes to more indirect aspects of their lives or when the spotlight is on them, they wouldn’t be able to look at themselves in the mirror or feel part of their social circles if they dared vote in their best interest. They are epitome of suicidal empathy.
What they really need is to just find new friends. Then they may find out that they are allowed to think differently.
@StarTribune This is one of those dumb awards that lets you get all your friends and family to sit and vote every day for about a month, as stated in an earlier version of this article (which, of course, has now been deleted). Seems like a dumb and meaningless award.
