Massive STOCKLANA hackathon update.

5 new sponsored tracks and a deadline extension to market close on September 25 @ 4 PM ET

New tracks come from @MeteoraAG, @PreStocks, @clawpumptech, @Tessera_PE, and @PythNetwork.

The prize pool is now over $120k to build with stocks on Solana.

This will allow more assets to be added to an individual PocketETF!
Currently, it works best with 2 assets, 3 max.

Transaction V1 (SIMD-0385) is live on mainnet-beta.

Max transaction size grows from 1,232 to 4,096 bytes. ZK proofs, large multisigs, BLS signatures, and confidential transfers that required multiple transactions now fit in one atomic operation.

V1 also moves resource requests (compute unit limit, priority fee, loaded accounts data size, heap size) into the transaction header instead of compute budget instructions.
