@sainsburys I took delivery of an online grocery order. Due to a packing/ delivery issue, It arrived smothered in fabric conditioner. Half the order was rejected as spoiled and the rest had to be washed. I complained. Sainsbury's refunded ยฃ1.50 for the inconvenience - insulting!

@LaTrompetteUk Shocked at how much this restaurant has deteriorated - used to be an expensive, but delightful treat. Today booked birthday lunch - appalling customer service -made to sit outside in the cold, as they were "not ready", no offer of hospitality - customer service?
