Just saw 10 minutes of Walt Disney Animation Studios ‘Wish’ at #DestinationD23 — I had a huge smile on my face the ENTIRE time. The preview had 2 original songs, one titled “This Wish” from the trailer and another original song, which was PHENOMENAL that I won't spoil. This movie NEEDS a land at Magic Kingdom Park based on the town of Rosas. I am truly blown away by just 10 minutes of this film, I can only imagine how incredible the entire thing is going to be. ✨️

All the Disney Parks announcements made at Destination D:

🚀 First look at the ride vehicle for the Avengers e-ticket ride coming to DCA, which is inspired by Tony Stark’s time suits, can use Xandarian jump points, and employs Wakandan technology to travel through the multiverse, but I still have no idea what type of ride it is? @just_ask_danny points out that the vehicle looks similar to the new Peter Pan attraction coming to Tokyo DisneySea. I’m excited for this!

🌳 Zootopia show coming to Animal Kingdoms Tree of Life 😑

🏝️ Dinoland will be reimagined into an area inspired by the Tropical Americas which would include Encanto and Indiana Jones (Dinosaur already uses the Indiana Jones Adventure ride system so I guess it will be repurposed). So I guess instead of us getting a Moana boat ride we are getting another copy of Indiana Jones Adventure? 😔

🐻 Country Bear Jamboree will have a new act reinterpreting favorite Disney songs in different genres of country music in 2024. Life the country Bears, glad the attraction will be getting an update!

🍺 New Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired tavern is coming to Adventureland featuring the Barker Bird. Cool!

✨ New Star Tours ride destination featuring Ashoka (coming Spring)

💥 Epcots new fireworks show will be called Luminous: The Symphony of Us and will debut on December 5.

🪦 Hatbox Ghost will be added to WDW’s Haunted Mansion in November (story reason why he appears before Leota summons the happy haunts— he is an unhappy haunt so he can appear anywhere he wants 🙄 )

💦 Moana will meet & greet next to Journey of Water. Makes sense.

🚗 Developing a new version of Test Track (because I’m guessing they don’t want to have two rides that look like Tron Legacy?). New version will be inspired by World of Motion “bringing that spirit of optimism.” Sounds promising.

🏝️ Disneys new private “island” got anew name: Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Sounds pointlessly long?

🚢 Disney Adventure cruise ship name revealed. Our friend @BrookeGMcDonald points out that they didn’t list Star Wars as a brand that would be on the ship. An adventure themed ship without Star Wars? I hope that’s not the case!

🏰 “Beyond Big Thunder Mountain” expansion will be the biggest addition to the park ever, but they aren’t prepared to give more details. 🙄

🐉 Figment meet and greets begin tomorrow in Epcot.
