I thought it would take longer to be as useful but since most of what I do now is consume, I'm finding fewer reasons to come here and I hope it keeps trending that way. See ya there, cause you'll see much less of me here https://t.co/AUrxtkRU3G 🦋
What do think? It hadn't even occurred to me. On top of that, any mic you plug into it, gets all the benefits of the onboard processing... denoise an SM7B!

New, @shure MV7i, an unexpected mic. 2 channel, audio interface built into the mic means you can plug any other mic. or instrument into the XLR combo input and get two separate audio channels into your computer or mobile device via 1 USB-C connection.

A podcaster reviewing a condenser mic!?
Am I throwing away my SM7b? I mean, the SM4 is in the same family and it sounds really, really good 🤷

And if you're a podcaster, it should excite you that it's an open-sourced, on the way to decentralized, software. It's like the RSS of social apps. Own your own.
After using it for awhile, @bluesky is a better experience than here including features where I didn't realize there were new things to add. It has early day twitter vibes and none of the garbage this place promotes.

@stalman Bummer. I'd say it probably works for me, 3 of 5 times so it's something to try when all else fails. Would be curious to learn if the Finder is indeed holding onto the app in those cases or it just knocks something else loose;)
Rode has entered the conversation and I have many (mini?;) thoughts and questions. $149
ps. I'm exploring @bluesky as a replacement, come on over, will post my first impressions, thoughts and questions about this new mic. system https://t.co/UpMbHlfuFe
The new @RØDE Wireless Micro are easy-to-use ultra compact wireless lavalier microphones for the smartphone video creator! Sam runs down the specs of these magnetic lav mics and tests them outdoors!

@curtisjudd@produceNewMedia The irony is that I started using Adobe Podcast which I have to leave Audition to use lol. Low hanging fruit!
Related to your answer, do you wish you could handle most, if not all, audio for video, in your video editor?
I'm both, an avid content consumer & creator.
I enjoy good content but I *love* good content that is well made.
Production quality matters cause it lets the content shine & envelops the viewer.
Kudos to all the makers who are always trying to improve their work. I see you.
New review! @Sony ZV-E10II https://t.co/N76Dp8nFD0 Worth the upgrade from the ZV-E10, if you don't have one already, and nothing missing from the a6700 that you need. Starting in video, YouTube? Probably no better option right now.
@markowenmartin The webcam you have will probably work, so I'd take it with you but a different mic. may be required. I'll send you a DM to work through some other questions about your planned setup. Your phone might also be another good option. We'll chat ;)
Big fan & user of @streamyardapp but very curious why my recent local recording of someone w/ a bad connection came out the same as the recording sent to the cloud aka the mix compared to the iso version. Local should not have been affected by connection, that's the point right?
