@MatthewFoster20 It’s likely that the spots you usually get are getting infected. Mask wearers have seen a massive increase in bacteria infections, especially bearded men. I wouldn’t put any creams on it that aren’t prescribed. Weird one but honey is antibacterial. So either drink it with lemon
