'The passing stranger'...
A man sat once amid the day,
I saw him, I could see,
But was he strangely deep in thought,
Of where his mind could be?
Should he return another day,
I wonder what he'd see,
Or in the mirror should I ask,
Is that stranger simply me?

'No sedative nor sleeping pill could ever take the place, of the comforting sound of rainfall as it finds its resting place;
And to be shared it must be, together some might say, the comfort of the rainfall, shall chase our fears away'

I sleep at night believing I will wake, discovering who I really am, a lucky man with riches with all before me;
Sometimes it may not be a happy place, but here lies a happy face.
Now I only have to turn and look to see where beauty lies, here, before my eyes.
BEAUTY WITHIN
I only have to walk a pace or two, or three, to see where beauty lies and what unconditional love is in my child's eye;
Lying beside me is the reason we are here, not just for rhyme or verse, but for life;
MY EXTRA PILLOW
'Your face, with all it's charm and grace,
The perfect place for my face;
Your hair, brush over me and cover me, be always there;
Your shoulder, forever there as I grow older,
Stay as sweet as you are.
You, in a word, you'.

Lonely in blue, lonely in white,
Lonely in darkness, lonely in light;
Help me to conquer these visions in black and lead me to safety without looking back;
Watch over me daily and comfort my plight,
Lonely in darkness, lonely in light.

There are no open doors anymore
As grandma greeted me,
No vestibule, coal man or fire grate to see.
No cobbled streets, boiled sweets, Kick the can or chimney man.
When neighbours entered freely yelling out their name.
There are no open doors anymore,
It isn't quite the same
