Chair. I honestly believe you are one of the biggest problems we have currently in our coalition. A coalition that has been working tirelessly as a collective to put the interests of residents of Tshwane before anything else. You are too involved and too conflicted on these matters. I wish you understood the role you play as National chair and National leader of ActionSA to caution yourself and exercise restraint. Imagine if SG Mbalula or National Chair Mantashe were all over the media discussing internal matters of the cities where they have deployed their own Cde’s to lead those metros. Have you not deployed people capable enough to resolve and handle matters within their competencies?

What is this deep interest that you posses over the Mettler and Brink issues? You can try and learn from your President on how he respects us and treats this coalition. We are not your subjects sir! If you are not calling us constitutional delinquents, you are on these platforms creating unnecessary tensions amongst coalition partners and we will not accept that. There is PMC that is seized with the responsibility to deal with these matters that you perpetually parade on these platforms

This is really disheartening and disappointing! You’ve elected to become a spokesperson for a man who has repeatedly failed the residents of this city and even went as far as sabotaging work that must happen in our communities because the DA holds a brief for him.

A history lesson about Las Malvinas for all the trolls:

Britain first occupied the islands in 1765 but were kicked out by the Spanish a few years later.

Then in 1833 it took the islands by military force from Argentina which had inherited Spain’s claim after independence a few decades earlier and had established authority on the islands.

Given their geographical proximity to Argentina this was not surprising.

How do you think Britain would feel if a foreign nation 8,000 miles away took the Isle of Wight by military force and established settlers on it?

Britain argues that the settlers it established on Las Malvinas want to stay British. But frankly why should their opinion count when they are living on occupied land?

The honourable thing to do would be to just give the islands back to the Argentinians. But I really can't remember the last time Britain did the honourable thing.
