Not only do I know I don’t need validation of others, I know it isn’t a influential measure to my value as I’ve come here whole.

I started to apply that in all areas of my life. When certain energies start to feel suffocating and devalue my wholeness, it has been easier to disconnect.

Alignment is my success. Alignment for me isn’t measured by external forces but by my own destiny. Realizing that is power and liberation.

Striving to be above the bar is great in a sense of accomplishments, but it really drains your soul. I don’t ever want to be that exhausted again.

I’ve always struggled with imposter syndrome and feeling like I wasn’t enough so I always had to do more. If there was a bar, I would significantly exceed it.
