@Q_Review Yeah to me the biggest red flag is that it seems like BAM were basically like "take us to court if you think you're right buddy" and then trespassed anyone trying to resolve it with discussion, and then now they're all of a sudden like "wow let's try to see what we can do :)"

@ConcealedBones @lookatplant @qtcinderella I also don't consider what she said to be going against copyright laws, but it is important to note that using DMCA for stuff just because it's "disingenuous" to someone's brand could absolutely qualify as a mis-use of DMCA, depending on if it is actually fair use. @parkenharbor Yeah, I've had videos I spend hours balancing the audio for, and then when I release them I go and listen on my TV speakers and it sounds either way too loud or quiet lol
