@22liv22 I buy 93/7 because I've tried everything including ground American Wagyu and i feel the best after eating it. Everything over 10% fat sits really heavy, can even make me feel ill.
I get more than half my calories from fat. I don't need to rely on my ground beef for it.

I went to a functional med clinic and got a full blood panel because I felt like shit. The only thing they found was low electrolytes, especially NaCl.
NP said they see this a lot now, with many people avoiding salt. We should be eating more.

I do bench alone all the time. It's not an issue at all if you do it right. It'll kill you if you collar the weights onto the bar and/or have no safeties to keep it off your throat.
