"It's an often misunderstood faith. And an often abused one."
@RangerOfTheNth "Oh, I want you to stay out until the potions are done. Otherwise I won't be able to finish. I'll send a magical message to you afterward to come find me."
@RangerOfTheNth "I was thinking more after the fact. Having a partner to help with sexual relief helps to lessen the duration of the side-effects of the fumes."
@RangerOfTheNth "As I said, they can't be filtered out by anything. And spells to protect oneself against poisons also don't stop them. You know, I could offer you a discount if you'd be willing to come by when I'm finished to er...lend a helping hand."
@RangerOfTheNth "It'll take a day or so. And a few hours for me to recover. Like I said, the fumes can be...a lot. Their brewing has to be done without assistance, or it won't get done at all."
@RangerOfTheNth "Asking questions is a bad habit for a brewer of poisons to have. My issues with love potions are more about long-term use. And actually, for the opposite reason you mentioned. Love potions never make permanent alteration. The bond is gone as soon as the potion wears off."
@ElvenDesires "Good. That's the idea. Appear unassuming and no one will know how deadly you really are. No one finds a glass of wine frightening either, until it's been poisoned."
@ElvenDesires "That 'Second Skin' seems not to fit over your first. As for fashion, is appearance really a consideration for an adventurer? Armor is made to save your ass, not display it."
@RangerOfTheNth "For you, I'll make an exception. As much as I despise the stuff. The fumes in particular are a nasty aphrodisiac. And nothing is capable of filtering them out completely. I'll need some time alone when the brewing is done..."
@RangerOfTheNth "Pffft...Hahahahaha! Ohohoho! Illegal! That's hilarious. Like I've ever cared about whether what I brewed up is 'Legal'. I worship the goddess of poison."
@ehtgrim "Well, for one: The ingredients are rare and expensive. Cherubim feathers and Dragon hearts aren't lying about everywhere. And they cause nothing but trouble."
