On nashik mumbai so called “express highway” getting a speed ticket for driving at 91 km/hr. Speed limit is 90. Not all cars have digital speedometer. We should have margin of +/- 10. @nitin_gadkari @NHAI_Official please upgrade the road or the speed limit or both !
