My Question is: does the children (non vaccinated) need to do a PCR or antigen test prior arrival to Rome, when leaving FCO and checking in at CIA.

We are a spanish family (2 adults -covid vaccinated- and 2 children, 7 and 10 years old), we are coming from Barcelona to Rome airport FCO, then on the same day we are flying to Tirana,7 hours later, but from Ciampino airport, so we must do immigration on FCO.
