GGPoker’s mismanagement was on full display recently when its highly anticipated 5th Anniversary $5M GTD event faced catastrophic issues. After experiencing technical failures last week, the event was paused and rescheduled for March 2nd. However, despite players investing hours of playtime, GGPoker ultimately decided to cancel Day 2 and issue refunds instead of allowing the tournament to proceed. This left many players frustrated and feeling cheated out of what could have been a life-changing opportunity.

One disappointed player shared their frustration:

"Terrible management. I, along with many others, rearranged our schedules for this potentially life-changing prize pool. I was in a strong position to finish well in the money (ITM), and all I get is my buy-in refunded? What a complete joke."
