App and website updates rolled out this morning. Here’s what’s new!

✨ some minor UI updates
🤫 added in placeholders for Gen9 that will turn on Friday
📱 tablet-size device layout fixes, and couple small bug fixes.
🚀 architecture updates to enable more frequent updates

@Centuritron At the moment, you should be able to use the enter/return key to increase your counter for an active hunt. Full hotkey support is on the to-do list.

@sirreptile_ @aDrive_tK It’s a bug. The add/import button doesn’t un-disable if you choose a combination that has no settings options. It will be fixed in the next release in a few days.

@aquilathecat @aDrive_tK It is not. The Poketch app uses browser based storage which Google unfortunately screwed up in one of their chrome updates which is why Android users were plagued with data loss. We now use user account cloud based storage in ShinyHunt so that doesn’t happen again.

@Missingno_Mastr Sounds like a Firebase outage I’d guess. All of your data is backed up regularly though so you’ll never have to worry about losing it, even if it doesn’t show in the UI temperarily

@TJFrost2 The tablet view is a bit messed up at the moment (as you can see). If you’re on a tablet that has the split screen capability and lock it in landscape orientation, that may help. We’ll have the layout issues fixed in the next update.

ShinyHunt PLA update is live on both App stores! We made some significant framework changes so there will be a few new bugs here and there. See this thread for current workarounds until fixed in the next release in a week-ish. Thanks!

Our App Shiny Hunt @PoketchApp is now updated for Legends Arceus on both android and iOS stores! You may need to manually update to see these changes!

@spoopyrex @aDrive_tK The apps were compiled and submitted before we knew the updated shiny rates. So those will be updated in the next release and we will include new hunt options to select dev research level to adjust the rates accordingly
