The reciever pays $10 , then pays the tarrif at the border BEFORE they can get it released from customs. Tarrifs are a tax on Americans.

Overline Scam: Affected? Class Action lawsuit? You don't need to pay for a lawyer to make a difference! The @FTC can sue instead.

Steps:

Step 1: Write an email to Overline Network asking for your money and cryptocurrency payments back for everything that you paid them for. State that it appears that these were fraudulent transactions, given the recent events, deletions and deactivations of accounts and socials, websites and the ghosting of the community,

Step 2: Try to contact whoever processed your payments, the credit card company if you used a credit card, the cypto processors, etc.

Step 3: Submit a report to the FTC at https://t.co/9pnM3xx7l1

Step 4: Report to FBI cybercrimes division:

Please make sure to submit your report to the FTC/FBI, even if you don't live in the USA - action may still be taken by US authorities regarding foreigners who were scammed by people operating in the USA. It is quick and easy and they don't contact you back individually but they will look at everyone's complaints together to put the pieces together to see if fraud is present. Overline's terms appear to limit class action. Don't worry, the FTC can step in to ensure consumer protection despite any limitations imposed by private contracts.

The FTC’s mandate is to protect consumers from unfair, deceptive, or fraudulent practices. If Overline Network is found to be engaging in fraudulent practices, the FTC can take action for affected consumers. This may include orders for refunds, fines, and other measures to ensure compliance with consumer protection laws - providing justice to the community even if class action lawsuits are not available.

FTC Authority Under the FTCA: The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) empowers the FTC to prevent unfair methods of competition and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce. This authority allows the FTC to investigate and take action against companies that engage in fraudulent activities, regardless of private contractual terms that restrict consumers' legal recourse options​. Even if a company has arbitration clauses or class action waivers, the FTC can still seek court orders to enforce compliance and protect consumer interests.

The Overline team seems to be panicking after I posted info about their FTC violations, and with all of the things being uncovered by the community:

Submit your complaints, copy and paste tweets into the FTC complaint form if you have to - You just have to put in your Name, address and telephone number and then fill out a text field summarizing the fraud.

The #OverlineNetwork team has been quietly deleting more posts and even X accounts over the past few days, trying to cover their tracks this week. Thousands of twitter posts deleted, telegram posts, discord, deleted posts about the ofriend royalties that enticed people to spend thousands trying to get ofriends.

@overlinenetwork @pmccmc @CraigBWeisman @joshuabuirski @iamklob @leilaelhayani these key people have all blocked community, deleted accounts and/or tweets, gone private or deactivated - all very telling. The following sites have gone down or are non-functional:

Refunds for #oRouters: Still not issued despite an initial 5 day refund promise.

#oCash token: Not launched, not withdrawable or swappable, non-existent. Supposed to be mintable after oRouter owners

Ordinals: No updates. No BRC20 Tokens. Unlisted collection.

RPFP: Royalties for oFriends, discontinued, all information wiped from online sources, even from a mintable nft article.

Other NFTS: Worthless. No use case. Cash grabs, with unusually high eth gas fees even for 'free nfts' such as swamp boats.
