To go study in UK, a student must do compulsory TB Test at IOM Kenya for Kshs. 19,000/= per test. The TB test takes less than thirty seconds! Students going to IOM Kenya stand in a queue of upto five hours due to the hundreds if not thousands of students tested each day. IOM Kenya must be making over Kshs. 19,000,000/= per day!!! NOTE that IOM is a UN Agency & TB testing in Kenya is free. I don’t know if @MOH_Kenya or our Health Minister @Nakhumicha_S or the @UKinKenya know of this. Is it fair? Is it right? Is GoK benefitting from the money collected?

Yes and No. I got my current role not coz i was able to crack some obscure leetcode problems. My interview involved being given real world situations and being asked how I could solve those problems. I cracked that easily and was hired. I have excelled in my role and I absolutely enjoy writing software. So is being able to crack leetcode problem an indication that you are good programmer? Probably. But it’s never the only metric to identify good software developers
