This was such a stressful time getting home to a family emergency and being denied any resolution and to be told to figure out for yourself is just hopeless hospitality at this point, this may be illegal or not but definitely should not be the set standard

@etihad has really fallen, they overbooked the flight by at least 30 more passengers, more so never helped with a replacement flight or any accommodation
Only way that time they said I could reach home was to buy a separate ticket for buisness class not even a charged upgrade
