ในช่วงที่ผ่านมา เรายังคงพบพฤติกรรมติดตามศิลปิน หลิงหลิง คอง ทั้งในงานสาธารณะและช่วงเวลาส่วนตัว ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการตามขึ้นเครื่องบิน การสะกดรอยตาม การแอบถ่ายภาพ/วีดีโอ รวมถึงการเผยแพร่กำหนดการที่ไม่ได้เปิดเผยต่อสาธารณะ

การกระทำเหล่านี้ส่งผลกระทบต่อความเป็นส่วนตัว ความปลอดภัย และการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันของศิลปิน รวมถึงสร้างความเดือดร้อนต่อทีมงานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างร้ายแรง

เราขอคัดค้านและไม่สนับสนุนพฤติกรรมดังต่อไปนี้

❌ การว่าจ้างหรือจัดทีมเพื่อติดตามศิลปิน
❌ การสะกดรอย ขับรถตาม หรือแอบถ่ายกิจกรรมส่วนตัวของศิลปิน
❌ การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนตัว เช่น กำหนดการที่ไม่เปิดเผย โรงแรม เที่ยวบิน หรือข้อมูลการเดินทาง
❌ การกระทำใด ๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยและการทำงานของศิลปิน

เราเชื่อว่าการสนับสนุนศิลปินควรอยู่บนพื้นฐานของความเคารพต่อสิทธิส่วนบุคคลและความปลอดภัยของพวกเขา การละเมิดขอบเขตเหล่านี้ไม่ควรถูกมองเป็นเรื่องปกติ และอาจเข้าข่ายการกระทำที่ผิดกฎหมาย

นอกจากนี้ เราขอเรียกร้องให้ @Ch3Thailand_33 ให้ความสำคัญกับปัญหาดังกล่าวและดำเนินมาตรการปกป้องศิลปินอย่างจริงจัง อาทิ

• แสดงจุดยืนอย่างชัดเจนต่อพฤติกรรมสะกดรอย ติดตาม และแอบถ่าย
• ดำเนินการกับผู้ที่เผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนตัวหรือกำหนดการที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ใช้มาตรการทางกฎหมายกับผู้ที่ละเมิดสิทธิและคุกคามศิลปิน
• เพิ่มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในงานและการเดินทางของศิลปิน
• ป้องกันการรั่วไหลของข้อมูลสำคัญ เช่น โรงแรม เที่ยวบิน และยานพาหนะ
• จัดทำมาตรการระยะยาวเพื่อปกป้องความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัยของศิลปิน

ความปลอดภัยและความเป็นส่วนตัวไม่ควรเป็นสิ่งที่ศิลปินต้องสูญเสียเพื่อแลกกับการทำงานในวงการบันเทิง

เราหวังว่าจะได้เห็นการดำเนินการที่เป็นรูปธรรม เพื่อสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยและเหมาะสมสำหรับศิลปินและทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

What you commented and later deleted was done in another fandom’s space where they were simply celebrating another artist’s achievement, and there was not a single mention of our artist. The wording you used was inappropriate.

You used tags that should not have been used, as they can cause misunderstandings and create drama or hate trends against the artist.

We already had mutual fandom teams contact you to talk and kindly ask for your cooperation, but you ignored the request and paid no attention to the concerns raised.

If you truly want to support and protect the artist, then you should not be the one creating these problems in the first place. Love and protect them in the right way.

ตามที่ได้เกิดกรณีการสร้างเฮทเทรนด์ (Hate Trend) การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ (Fake News) การบิดเบือนข้อเท็จจริง ตลอดจนการแสดงความคิดเห็นในลักษณะที่เข้าข่ายใส่ความ ดูหมิ่น และคุกคามต่อศิลปินผ่านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์หลายแพลตฟอร์ม ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อชื่อเสียง ภาพลักษณ์ ศักดิ์ศรี รวมถึงความปลอดภัยของศิลปินอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในระยะเวลากว่า 2–3 ปีที่ผ่านมา

อีกทั้งในช่วงสัปดาห์นี้ สถานการณ์ในแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ X, Instagram, TikTok, Weibo, Douyin และ Xiaohongshu (XHS) มีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อศิลปินโดยตรงในทุก ๆ ด้าน รวมถึงกระทบต่อสภาพจิตใจของแฟนคลับและผู้ติดตามจำนวนมากอย่างหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้

บ้านหลิงหลิงคองขอยืนยันจุดยืนอย่างชัดเจนว่าจะดำเนินการปกป้องศิลปินจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวอย่างถึงที่สุด โดยตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมารวมถึงในขณะนี้ ทางบ้านได้ดำเนินการรวบรวมหลักฐาน ข้อมูล รายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้อง และได้ส่งต่อข้อมูลผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้มีการตรวจสอบและดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่เหมาะสมมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
