@Kinglamzy That is well noted. But the duty of Law Enforcement is to prosecute by taking the company plus alter egos before a court of competent jurisdiction with the right prayers. Our duty ends with convincing the Court. The rest lies with the court to melt out appropriate discipline.

PSFU charged M4 Connections Nig. Ltd and its alter ego; Alh. Suleiman Yerima (now deceased) to Federal High Court for fraudulently obtaining #157million by False Pretences from Dashad Bureau de Change. In 2019, the court convicted the company and sentenced it to winding down.
At the Federal High Court, Lagos; PSFU secured conviction of 20yrs imprisonment against Uwem Antis who fraudulently obtained #287 million from Alh. Tayo Adeitan. The case went on appeal and on 14/02/22, Court of Appeal upheld PSFU argument, dismissed the appeal.
On 14th February, 2022, PSFU successfully prosecuted an American-trained surgeon, Dr John Adindu Nweke; for offences bordering on Obtaining Properties valued at #45million by False Pretences. The Court sentenced the defendant to 27 yrs imprisonment without option of fine.
