Sometimes all it takes for someone to believe in themselves is someone else to believe in them... in this case, SURT officers and Peer support listen to and encourage these community members,providing them with resources and treatment options is sometimes just the hope they need.

Substance Use Resource Team and Codac Peer Supports on their daily outreach searching high and low providing resources and naloxone to those that normally would not receive them. If you are struggling or know someone struggling with addiction, NEVER GIVE UP!!
