Settling down for the @PolicyUK Women In Sport conference today. Looking forward to addressing challenges faced, as a minority sport also, it's tough! #womeninsport18
Looking forward to hearing from @RuthHoldaway & @ShelleyBBC this morning whilst also sharing how @leicsccc @leicscricket have been engaging females from south Asian backgrounds @PolicyUK#WomenInSport18
Thought provoking morning at the #womeninsport18 Forum hosted by @PolicyUK - shocked to hear that girls are dropping out of sport from age 7. We must do more to ensure that barriers are removed and that girls see sport as a level playing field without exception.
Really interesting start to @PolicyUk#WomenInSport18 forum. Great keynote by @RuthHoldaway looking at the future of women’s sport. At 7 years old, girls begin to drop out of #sport - we need to address & change this
@markrowland77 from @MentHealthFound talking about the importance of environment to #mentalhealthatwork.@PolicyUK (It's very important).
What are the organisational triggers to poor mental health?
Also a nice demonstration that you don't need PowerPoint to give a good talk
