This was caused by a bug I've already fixed (a few percentages were entered as whole numbers, meaning a 1% boost was actually being applied as a 100% boost lol)

@Polls0Politics Thanks! I don't think it's perfect, but I do try... The playtest should begin in a few weeks, because Steam doesn't let you begin it immediately. Also, who gets in is random IIRC so I don't manually approve or reject requests.
