3. Finally, this wave of relief was so large and I only went from not being able to pay bills back to living paycheck to paycheck. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have a more substantial change.
1. It’s easier than we think to forget the ambient anxiety poverty causes.
I recently didn’t get paid sick leave I was owed. My pay check was cut in half. For those two weeks I didn’t realize how stressed I was because of the lack of money until I got my next paycheck.
2. That paycheck had my normal pay plus the pay I was owed. When I saw it in my account a wave of relief washed over me. I didn’t realize how much ambient anxiety I was carrying with me the last two weeks. I also don’t have children to feed.
Sometimes I worry that radical left ideas because they tackle problems in our world which is complicated are also complicated and therefore aren’t suited for propaganda or much of the population to understand with ease.
2. On the other hand I think what I have to say, sometimes, should be seen by more people. The comments worth seeing aren’t original thoughts, even when I think they are, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t important. In fact I think most important ideas many ppl have said.
1. On the one hand it’s nice not having anyone reading these tweets because I can vent into the void without worrying about current or future criticism.
3. Because China, North Korea and Russia all haves nukes which means NATO will not put boots on the ground against those countries which means having your own nukes is the only way to prevent invasion it seems to me.
1. In primary school I had a couple teachers during different grades tell the class that nuclear weapons would be a thing of the past during our life.
I wish they had been correct about that but I don’t think they will be.
2. If I was a country sharing a boarder with a maniac leader and I could have nukes I’d be making them ASAP.
If the situation in Ukraine has taught us anything it’s that NATO for better or worse won’t put troops on the ground against nations who have nukes.
It’s easy for me to forget that although I feel bad when I hit one of these slumps where I’m not reading theory, history or philosophy daily and not even completing articles every day that I’m still in the 90th percentile in the USA for political engagement.
1. Seems like many content creators cave to the pressure to have a take that is different than the majority. This isn’t a bad thing unless it’s stated not because it’s correct but because it’s different.
5. It’s better no one see your thread than have many people see an indefensible, moronic falsehood and then have to attempts to defend it.
It’s better to say nothing than to spread BS.
Putin is a war criminal and had no legitimate reasons to attack Ukraine.
